Nourish Class Mondays at Burroughs

NEW Nourish Classes on select Mondays at Burroughs Elementary School in the Brighton Park neighborhood.

Studies show that diets don’t work so let’s focus on what does work! Join us each week to discover self care practices that fit your lifestyle.  Mondays at 6:30pm we explores foods, drinks, herbs and mindfulness practices that nourish the body and the mind. We offer an herbal tea for students and hands-on wellness practices related to the topic, herbs, essential oils, self massage, fermenting, etc. All supplies are provided free.
