Our Nourish program creates space for students to share their own healing traditions while learning to use food and herbs as medicine. Created by a licensed health care provider and certified herbal educator, Nourish brings community members together to learn about natural health and wellness remedies for every aspect of our lives. Students will have the opportunity to participate in many different wellness practices and food and herbal preparations in this interactive experience! See calendar for current Nourish classes.
