Yoga: Mindful Movement
Designed to meet your needs, our free community Yoga classes are accessible to all body types, levels of experience and ages. Connecting movement with breath, yoga provides deep relaxation and profound benefits for the body and mind. Stay fit and feel peaceful with weekly classes taught by certified yoga instructors in person and online. Rise Up yoga instructors are all 200-500 hour Yoga Alliance certified teachers. All equipment is provided. Join us on the mat or in a chair!
