Overview
Welcome to the Nourish Teacher Training Program! This teacher training will cover integrative and functional perspectives on using Food as Medicine, Movement as Medicine, Wellness Practices and herbal medicine from a body systems approach.
Classroom experiences are taught by licensed Integrative and Functional Medicine Practitioner, Certified Herbal Educator and E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher Trainer Christina Tanner, FPA-APRN, who brings 20 years of experience to the program.
Please view the video that corresponds to the lesson of the week before each class. These videos were recorded in 2020. Please keep a notebook for your notes.
Class Policies
Nourish Teacher Trainees are required to complete the reading assignments and the view the video lesson of the week prior to that week’s live class.
